Principal Officer & Executive Director

Antonio founded Charity Food Ministry with a vision to transform hunger relief in Chester County. As Principal Officer, he oversees all programs, partnerships, and strategic direction. A lifelong Chester resident, Antonio brings over 15 years of community service experience and a deep commitment to serving neighbors with dignity.

Board Chair

Marcus provides governance oversight and strategic guidance for the organization. With a background in nonprofit management and local business leadership, he ensures Charity Food Ministry operates with transparency and accountability.

Sandra Johnson

Program Director

Sandra manages day-to-day program operations including food box packing, hot meal service, and mobile pantry routes. Her organizational skills and heart for service keep our six programs running smoothly every week.

Spiritual Advisor & Board Member

Rev. Reed serves as the spiritual foundation of our ministry, connecting our food service work to the faith mission of Christian Home Baptist Church. He provides pastoral support to volunteers and community members alike.

Volunteer Coordinator

Linda recruits, trains, and schedules our team of 45+ volunteers. Her warm personality and organizational expertise ensure every volunteer feels valued and every shift is fully staffed.

Treasurer & Board Member

David manages the organization's finances, ensuring every donated dollar is accounted for and directed toward our mission. He prepares our annual Form 990-N filing and maintains full IRS compliance.

Charity Food Ministry is governed by an independent Board of Directors that meets quarterly to review program outcomes, approve budgets, and ensure organizational accountability.

Our board operates under written bylaws and a conflict-of-interest policy. Board members serve without compensation and are deeply invested in the Chester County community.
